These days he is probably best known for covering jazz and crossover artists such as Michael Buble and the old school crooners like Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin. Earl is the lead sing of popular 80s cover band "80s Inc" and inging 80s music is a return to his roots. He has a real passion for the music of that decade.

Party Music Perth's feature entertainer is Earl Cole. Earl is one of
Perth's best known vocalists. He first made a name for himself on the
local music scene in the mid 1980s as a talented young keyboard player
and singer/songwriter. Earl enjoyed success with number 1 and number 3
albums on the Western Australian independent charts. He
supported a number of touring acts including Pseudo Echo and Do Re Mi
and, as the only soloist, was also a semi finalist in the 1985 WA Battle of the Bands .

Earl also has a 6 piece cover band called 80s Inc
that, as the name suggests, specialises in covering 80s music. They are
one of the most popular cover bands in Perth and one of only very few
in Perth that can sell out shows at the Charles Hotel - the last of the
